This week Greens Leader Richard Di Natale announced that the Greens Party would table, debate and vote on Charter of Rights legislation in the 45th Parliament.
Last week the Labor Party announced that they would challenge the eligibility of Assistant Health Minister David Gillespie to be in Parliament. The matter has been referred to the High Court sitting as the Court of Disputed Returns.
